At Honest Injun, our goal is to fix it right the first time.  We use only the highest quality OEM parts for part replacement.  Whatever is required, we have the skills to do it right.  HONEST INJUN DOES NOT REBUILD ROBBINS ENGINES.

Below is a list of services that we provide:

• Full-Service Engine Machine Shop  

• Engine Rebuilds

• KF, FE, FJ Series Kawasaki and all Yamaha crankshafts, and polishing and resizing

• KF82 axial counterbalance service and FE reciprocating counterbalance connecting rods plain bearing replacement, FJ counter balance replacement

• Rebuild ECH440-3018 Command-Pro Club Car engines

• KF, FE, FJ Series Kawasaki and Yamaha JN6, JR7 piston main connecting rods resized to match OEM, pin-to-hole to exact tolerances where applicable.  This technique salvages an otherwise below spec crankshaft and produces a significant savings to the owner (with owner's concurrence)

• Yamaha JR3, JN5, JN6, JN7, JR8 (285cc, 301cc and 357cc) engine rebuilds for 2000-2013 and models G11 and up, G21-G23, G27-G28, YDRA, YTF1, YTF2 with exchange of a complete and rebuildable core.  If unsure of type view embossed ID on top of engine casting (G14-1995 300cc Not Included).  High hour Yamaha engines may require a new crankshaft.

• Cylinder head machining, cylinder boring,  cylinder honing

• Valves ground, valve seat replacement, valve seat burnished & replaced

• Valve Push rods checked & Straightened

• Engine cases welded and repaired

• KF and FE Series cam timing gears attachment to cam shaft repair with harden fasteners when rivets are worn beyond limits and require replacements (all conforming rivets are reseated as part of the process to extend lifecycle)

• Flywheel machining, balancing & weight reduction

• FE Series Kawasaki counterbalance links checked & straightened

• Broken bolt removal and tapped repair, along with any other discrepancies are noted on incoming inspection and are submitted to the owner for disposition to repair (or leave as-is)

  PRICING:

• For the Basic Engine Re-Build, prices includes all parts that are designed to wear and establish the engine to Zero Time.
  Damaged Components are on a case by case basis.  Our Machine shop in most cases can refurbish extensively wore components to OEM specifications at a benchmark of 60% price of new components resulting in a major savings to the customer, or when a new component is no longer available
